Why aren’t your prices posted?
We do our best to ensure the best prices for our customers, in order to do this our prices follow the goldrate. We incorporated the current gold rate into each one of our sells.
Are all sales final?
While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because all of our pieces arehandmade to order, all sales are final.
I paid the full amount, my item was shipped why do I owe more money in order to receive it?
Any customs duties, taxes and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact customs in your countryand calculate the duties and taxes that you will be charged by your country BEFORE purchasing an item.
What if I don’t know my ring size?
We recommend that you confirm ring sizing and ensure that initials, names and numbers are correctwhen placing your order.
What if I don’t like my item?
